  Called this company out to a home my husband and I just purchased he came when he said he would go issue an installation quote. However I had another company for a completely different project out at my home and he looked in one room and said....unfortunately because you have another project going on I am not going to be able to help you because you have other projects going on it’s my experience in the past that when you have multiple projects going on hat schedules and finances can get messed up. This is not only unprofessional but extremely rude and insulting to imply that we may not have enough money to handle multiple projects at a time which is not anyone’s business is unexceptionable. He then went on to say that he is 75 and has been doing this for about 48 years that’s all fine and we’ll however this is terrible customer service and business practices and I will not be recommending this company to anyone else I know. Terribly sad he missed our money on 3500 worth of business
